The New Mexico Nurses Association has been the advocate in New Mexico for nursing practice since 1921. NMNA is onsite at the Roundhouse (NM State Capitol) during the legislative session and throughout the interim. As the 2016 session begins at noon on January 19, NMNA will be analyzing legislation and memorials, establishing positions and priorities and notifying legislators of those positions. To participate in the government relations and advocacy efforts, please contact NMNA at (505) 471-3324. Visit the New Mexico Nurses Association Advocacy Page!
